Privacy notice
This notice describes how labirintusswingerklub.hu processes personal data: what we collect, why, for how long, and what your rights are. The controller is the operator of Labirintus Swinger Club; the membership page's terms also cover data handling in the membership system.
1. The controller
Controller: the operator of Labirintus Swinger Club (company details in the imprint). Privacy enquiries: swingerlabirintus@gmail.com. The site and the club are for adults over 18 only; we do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
2. What data we process and why
Registration on the site and in the app
Display name, email address, password (stored only as an encrypted hash). Purpose: membership account, admission, event check-in. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: until the account is deleted.
Newsletter
Email address and name, with double opt-in and an unsubscribe link in every message. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
Contact and hire forms
Name, email, phone number, message (plus date and headcount for hire). Purpose: replying, quoting. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps. Retention: 12 months.
Message board (Lounge)
Posts are public under your display name only; phone numbers and email addresses are masked by the system. Legal basis: consent. Deleted on request.
3. Cookies and analytics
By default the site uses cookieless, anonymous Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you or track you across devices. Google Analytics runs only with your explicit consent given in the cookie banner; without it no marketing or tracking cookie is placed on your device. The session cookie used for login is technically essential.
4. Hosting and processors
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (data centres in the EU and the United States); transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Emails are delivered by an email service provider. Our processors act only on our instructions; we never sell or pass your data to third parties.
5. Your rights
- Access: ask what data we hold about you.
- Rectification and erasure ('right to be forgotten').
- Restriction of processing and objection.
- Data portability in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time; this doesn't affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa u. 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or to a court.
6. What we don't do
We do no profiling or automated decision-making. There are no cameras in the club and no image or sound is recorded. We never give out guests' contact details. We answer requests sent to swingerlabirintus@gmail.com within 30 days. Any changes to this notice are published on this page.
